Audience: Human Resource personnel who manage a team
Understand how to conduct an investigation, whether for a grievance or disciplinary process. At the end of the session delegates will have a greater understanding how to conduct an investigation and the benefits of good practice.
Recruitment, selection & Interviewing skills
Duration: 1 day | Classroom based
Audience: Human Resource personnel who manage a team
This course is designed to help managers make the right decision in the recruitment of new staff or promotion of existing staff. A practice interview session is included which delegates will prepare for and conduct on the day with support from the trainer.
Company Values & Behaviours
Duration: 1/2 day | Classroom based

The course is for all employees who need to understand company values and beliefs. The training looks at respect, behaviour and gives an insight into bullying and harassment and their implications.
Dealing with disciplinary & grievance situations – Standard
Duration: 2 days | Classroom based
Audience: Human Resource personnel who manage a team
Suitable for all those involved in managing staff, this course covers how to conduct investigations and hear and adjudicate at disciplinary hearings and appeals. By the end of the session, delegates will understand how to conduct an investigation and have a real understanding of employment tribunals.

Understand how to manage performance by engaging staff in objectives, setting standards, and giving feedback. Delegates will understand the benefits of good practice and how the ACAS Code of practice and the law underpin the whole process.
Bullying & Harassment
Duration: 1 day | Classroom based
Audience: Human Resource personnel who manage a team
This course is for all those involved in managing staff and need to understand bullying and harassment, including how to identify and deal with inappropriate behaviour within the workplace.
Finance For Non-Financial Managers
Duration: 2 days | Classroom based
